Hours of Scheduled Functions
The Hours of Scheduled Events (to include ceremony, reception, bridal party, invited guests & event vendors not associated with Sandpiper Golf Club) must adhere to the time frame agreed upon & stated on signed event contract. Requested utilization of the site outside of stated time frame, will be considered on a case by case basis & must be pre-approved prior to event date. Should Event time extend beyond contracted guarantee without prior authorization, overtime charges will be accrued at sole expense of client.

Live Music must cease at 10pm, with all Bar Service ending at 10:30pm. Guest departure must conclude by 11:00pm.

Deposit Schedule
To confirm your Event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated charges is due within 15 days of signing the contract. The final payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. This deposit will not be refunded if all or part of the event is cancelled. All other incidentals charges will be due on the day of the event.

Food & Beverage Estimate
Based upon your menu selections the total food and beverage cost will vary. After meeting with a Sandpiper event coordinator you will be provided with a detailed cost estimate based on your selections.

Sandpiper and its partners are the sole purveyors of all food and beverages for Events held onsite. The State of California Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Sandpiper must adhere to these regulations, therefore all alcoholic beverages will be provided by the facility only. We will be happy to work with you to ensure your preferences are available. California law mandates that there is no smoking in any area of service, however an outdoor smoking area can be provided if necessary. Dietary substitutions are accommodated upon request.

Wedding Coordinator

Sandpiper provides an Event Coordinator for each contracted event. Your Sandpiper Event Coordinator will provide unlimited pre-event consultation via phone/email & will work closely with you & your wedding coordinator to ensure your special day is perfect!
However, it is our recommendation that you also employ a separate, professionally certified wedding coordinator to assist with all of your pre-wedding arrangements, vendor selection & day-of coordination. Sandpiper must approve your chosen wedding coordinator prior to authorization. If you elect not have a wedding coordinator onsite during your event, an additional fee will be assessed.
